The position

Fresh from our Series-C fundraising, now is a very exciting time to join Remote and make an impact in the global employment space as an Inside Sales Representative, joining our Americas Sales team.

Looking ahead, we have big aspirations for helping more employers from the US, Canada and Latin America tap into the benefits of enabling remote work.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (in English)
  • Previous successful experience in a full sales cycle role
  • Highly self-motivated; Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Efficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management
  • Ability to confidently make cold calls to build pipelines
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools (Salesforce is a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals and achieve sales quotas
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers
  • Previous inside sales/account management experience, or related SaaS sales experience preferred
  • Resilience and perseverance
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Experience in the HR industry a plus
  • It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus

  • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
  • Knowledge of sales processes
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals and achieve sales quotas
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers
  • Previous inside sales/account management experience, or related SaaS sales experience preferred
  • Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills
  • Writes and speaks fluent English

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed quota
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Identify new opportunities
  • Presentation to clients
  • Create opportunities from existing clients
  • Maintain a clean and current pipeline of volume based, high velocity opportunities
  • Efficiently present and deliver all information to potential clients via Zoom
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs and understand their business plans to identify new opportunities
  • Understands the communication needs of small and mid-sized business customers, and designs solutions to meet those unique business needs.
  • Work with other parts of Remote to ensure client success
  • Close sales deals efficiently while kindly guiding clients through process
  • Post-sales support with contracts, client questions, requests
  • Provide timely feedback and suggestions on how to improve customer experience

Remote's Total Rewards philosophy is to ensure fair unbiased compensation and fair pay along with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate. We do not agree to or encourage cheap-labour practices and therefore pay a minimum annual salary of USD 40,000 per year, in all locations throughout the world. Actual compensation may vary based upon geographical location, experience, and/or skill level. However, it will never be below our minimum global compensation mentioned.
