About the Role:

As Medallion's Enterprise Manager, you will grow our Enterprise efforts and lead a team of Account Executives responsible for the engagement, expansion, and retention of our rapidly growing customer base. We're looking for a player/coach who's a customer-focused leader. You're a critical thinker who has a record of exceeding sales growth goals of related products. You will report to the VP of Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Pioneer Medallion's vision for Enterprise business
  • Develop and inspire a team of high-performing Account Executives and leaders by creating scalable, data driven processes that drive team and company goals
  • Evaluate and execute playbooks, processes and systems needed to support and scale a hyper-growth team
  • Test and refine growth and acquisition strategies through data, segment-specific value drivers, and compelling stories
  • Develop strong internal partnerships and collaborate cross functionally to maximize revenue opportunities to improve deal progressions
  • Be accountable for the engagement and addition of net new customers
  • Very comfortable in the "C" suite with a track record of closing deals in excess of six figures
  • Forecasting commitments and forecasting accuracy

Your experience (ideally) includes:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in sales, ideally within an Enterprise SaaS, healthcare, or technology company.
  • 1-2 years of experience in management
  • Strong performance leading and building successful, collaborative, and high performing sales teams
  • Understanding of our technical and competitive landscape
  • Demonstrated an ability to lead teams that consistently close new business as well as grow existing customer relationships in a Land and Expand model
  • Prior background in a dynamic growth environment such as a venture backed startup, fast-growing technology company, or enterprise SaaS business. If not direct experience, an awareness and interest in joining this type of environment is important.
