OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a CRM Systems Administrator to help our sales and support teams fully utilize the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate would be passionate about building high-quality solutions, motivated to help the teams using those solutions, driven to master their craft by gaining deep technical expertise in all related areas, and excited by adding to the great culture of Instacart!

The CRM Systems Administrator would work within the CRM Systems team. The CRM Systems team is responsible for designing, building and maintaining systems and tools used by various operational teams. The team has responsibility for managing multiple third party systems such as Salesforce, Docusign CLM, and Salesloft as well as many tools built by internal engineering teams.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Run complex Salesforce projects (ex. new builds/automations, problem solving , and integration set-up) driving them towards completion (project meetings, research, scoping time, documentation, building flows in Lucidcharts, sprint planning).
• Build functionality in Salesforce such as lighting apps, record pages, complex flows, approvals, creating and maintaining custom objects, object relationships, and standard and custom fields.
• Provide day-to day end user support of systems including providing best practices and tips on Salesforce usage (training and documentation as necessary).
• Provision users and assign proper permissions.
• Collaborate and work as a team with other administrators and software engineers to implement and troubleshoot new apps and systems.
• Evaluate, select, implement, integrate and enhance technology tools used by the partner teams.
• Contribute consistently and enthusiastically to the administrator team's capabilities.

ABOUT YOU

• A drive to be an expert at all things Salesforce.
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration.
• Proven ability to work effectively with teams.
• Proven critical thinking and creative problem solving skills.

• Integration experience with Salesforce to 3rd party applications.
• Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
• Relevant Salesforce administration skills:
  • Flows
  • Lightning experience
  • Revenue Cloud (CPQ) administration
  • Marketing Cloud (Pardot)
  • Sales Cloud and Service Cloud administration
  • Advanced formulas
• Bonus if you have

• Querying (SOQL, SOSL) experience
• Salesforce Connect experience
• Salesforce certifications: Advanced Administrator and App Builder
• Ability to read and help diagnose issues in Apex code
