About Our Role:

Our Account Executives are responsible for generating pipeline, following up on leads, and closing new business.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will create and execute strategies to bring the world's largest and fastest-growing companies into Behavox's rapidly-growing customer portfolio. You will identify and map key stakeholders, with the goal of attaining buy-in from stakeholders. You will become a trusted advisor on everything you sell, obtaining the knowledge of the products and markets that will most alleviate your customers' pain points. You will forecast and prescribe next steps with mutual action plans, leveraging the Behavox deal team to accelerate deal cycles.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years of Enterprise Sales experience with a track record in closing significant $ mid-market deals
  • Industry knowledge gained from working with disruptive technology and/or finance companies
  • Skilled in researching and profiling a company to understand product/solution and market fit
  • Skilled in following sales playbooks and making client presentations that lead to securing new business
  • Skilled in presenting themselves internally and externally as coachable, likeable, genuine and credible

What You'll Do:

  • Meet independently with customers and confidently respond to customer queries
  • Maintain data hygiene within SalesForce (or similar) and use tech tools to drive sales
  • Follow established playbooks and processes making decisions fully aligned with them
  • Communicate effectively within mini-teams and across departments to create results
  • Impact revenue results significantly and sustainably by selecting the right sales plays

About Our Process:

During the process we will begin by exploring the core factors regarding salary and location along with core experience and skills and values alignment. We will then deep dive explore the critical technical competencies we have identified for the role, and then we will deep dive in behavioural competencies.

The most aligned candidate will then be asked to do a practical work task simulation activity so we can make sure that you will enjoy the kind of work the role requires, and this task will typically be presented and discussed with a group of colleagues and managers. Finally we will ask you to meet with a number of our senior leaders to make sure that you are making the most informed call possible.
