As the Senior Partner Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in building and scaling the Partnership back-end processes at Gong in collaboration with our Partnership Sales team. You have a passion for solving complex business challenges and will be responsible for designing, building, and ensuring we have processes in place for operational efficiencies for our Partnerships. The role will require you to roll up your sleeves and dig deep into processes and systems design, as well as being a strategic business partner.


    • Collaboration with the Partnership Sales team to develop Partner processes
    • Project manage strategic internal cross-team initiatives and projects, to optimize for scalability and accelerated growth of our partner business
    • Drive the overall strategy in selecting, designing and aligning a Partner Portal with our partner strategy
    • Create operational effectiveness around partner opportunity management, quoting, and compensation
    • Create a strategy for and maintain clean and accurate partner account and user data in Salesforce and Partner Portal
    • Manage specific partner program benefits, designing workflows, and creating automation where possible
    • Assist in designing, automating, building, and managing the Partner Lead Generation process
    • Translate business processes into system requirements (Salesforce, Partner Portal, etc) anticipating upstream and downstream impacts
    • Cross-functional collaboration across Revenue Operations, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and other teams
    • Maintain Partnership-specific tools and manage vendor relationships
    • Recognize and coordinate internal and external enablement needs
    • Develop Partnership KPIs and related trackers and dashboards


    • 4-6 years of experience in Channel or Partner Operations; SaaS experience is a plus
    • Experience translating business needs into Salesforce requirements, and designing Salesforce reports and dashboards.
    • Experience building and scaling operational excellence in a dynamic environment
    • Experience project managing large, cross-company, complex programs with multi-functional teams
    • Experience and comfort working with executive teams
    • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
    • Comfort with ambiguity and proven ability to create clarity through communications, workflows and presentations
