The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining, reporting, and managing the back-end processes critical to the success of the overall sales organization. We are looking for a proven, driven operational leader who will guide our sales team to success and who will also be a key contributor to the overall sales strategy. The right candidate is an excellent communicator who lives and breathes the sales funnel, analytics, and results.

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Enable our sales team to meet/exceed sales targets through effective data management, lead distribution, channel reporting, and funnel management
  • Design processes, systems, and tools to deliver analytics to drive overall growth
  • Analyze the effectiveness of pipeline management and conversion
  • Find opportunities to automate manual processes that improve sales team efficiency
  • Responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization
  • Work directly with key stakeholders on critical strategic, organizational, and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity, and operational efficiency
  • Manage and report on the sales metrics and key performance indicators that drive our business
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and drive leads through campaigns, trade shows, and webinars
  • Monitor, report, and focus on improving the overall sales team performance
  • Proactively look for and act on opportunities to assist the team

The ideal individual for this role:

  • Has an analytical mind able to derive meaningful insights from raw data and naturally takes on problems to solve in a methodical and data-driven fashion
  • Proactively identifies problem areas in the business and implements high impact solutions for the company with minimal oversight
  • Is resourceful and is able to teach themselves new skills as well as seek support from true expertise as necessary
  • Is focused on solving for what is right for the business and is willing to take on difficult challenges and projects to help achieve key performance targets
  • Has exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to effectively present technical content to general audiences
  • Has strong organizational skills and ability to complete deliverables in the face of competing priorities

We'll expect you to have:

  • 4+ years in a sales operations role or similar
  • Salesforce administrator, Marketo experience is a plus
  • Passionate about technology, data, efficiency, and productivity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively with multiple departments
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong self-starter, that can take ownership of projects and carry them through to completion
