The position

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal impact in the global employment space joining our Sales Enablement and Operations team as a Sales Operations Analyst.

As a dynamic and energetic professional, you will own the planning, implementation and overseeing of this chapter as part of the Sales Enablement and Operations team.

Requirements

  • Understanding of sales processes, CRMs, and pipeline management
  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Admin, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Experience with Salesforce is required: Build and maintain custom objects/ fields, validation rules, layouts, reports, dashboards, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, Lightning flows, and integrations
  • Experience with Google Sheets and maintaining formulas for large amounts of datasets is required, with the ability to explain changes and formulas.
  • Documenting changes and ability to explain formula functions
  • Experience with Outreach, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo preferred
  • You share our values and work in accordance with those values
  • SaaS and B2B experience preferred
  • You are passionate about accomplishing goals and ensuring quality

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth
  • Work with other senior members of the team to improve integration between Salesforce and other mission-critical systems, including HubSpot, Drift and Zendesk.
  • Maintain and evangelize communication best practices for sales and sales support functions
  • Document and create knowledge repository for first-tier sales support
  • Maintain data integrity within customer records in Salesforce.com and other systems
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth

We do not agree to or encourage cheap-labour practices and therefore pay a minimum annual salary of USD 40,000 per year, in all locations throughout the world. Actual compensation may vary based upon geographical location, experience, and/or skill level. However, it will never be below our minimum global compensation mentioned.
