The role:

As Humu's first Sales Enablement manager, you will be responsible for accelerating the performance of our Sales, SDR, and CSM organizations by owning the design and implementation of all Sales learning programs.

What you'll do:

  • Design, build and implement the Sales new hire and continuous learning programs to ensure all team members have deep product and industry knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay on top of the latest content, own, develop and iterate on new Sales learning materials
  • Work closely with Sales Operations to plan ongoing training, QBRs, kickoffs, and other events
  • Work closely with Onboarding team to ensure smooth onboarding experience for all new Sales hires

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in Sales Enablement and/or Sales Onboarding
  • Experience in an Enterprise SaaS sales organization
  • Execution oriented, with the ability to fit tactics and strategies into a larger plan
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, and cross-functional skills to collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Ability to create something from nothing and operate with a high degree of accountability and autonomy
  • Strong skills at working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects including project timelines, resource allocation, communication, risk identification/ management and other issues
