  • Founded in 2016 by Jean-Charles Samuelian and Charles Gorintin, Alan is the first independent digital health insurance in France since 1986.

As of today, Alan covers more than 170,000 members, representing over ?100m of annualised revenue. Your mission

  • We're looking for our first Salesperson to sell our new product: Alan Mind.
  • 1. Generate Leads and handle inbounds to achieve our company objectives.
  • Driving deals, managing key customer relationships and helping close strategic opportunities with prospects ;
  • Providing inspiring product demonstrations ;
  • Onboarding companies' key stakeholders as they transition from prospect to customer.
  • 2. Evangelization.
  • In charge of enlarging their spheres of influence by meeting and leveraging influential HR Directors, CFOs, C-levels, CSE (Comit? Social et ?conomique) ;
  • Speaking on behalf of Alan during well-targeted events for which we are offered the possibility to be on-stage speakers.
  • 3. Ensure customer and market need requirements are collected and pushed to the relevant internal teams to address market expectations.
  • Challenging, formalizing and passing on the prospects' feedback and objections to the Product & Ops teams so that they can prioritize the roadmap and implement the changes that will drive growth the most.
  • 4. Ensuring clients launch successfully on the platform
  • Coordinating with Clients and the Operations team to define launch needs, supervising communication with Hrs and employees at launch, ensuring good service and being the main point of contact in the first few weeks.

Your profile

You will be a good fit to join the Sales team at Alan if you:

  • Holistic sales skills: experience in any stage of the sales cycle ;
  • Bootstrap mindset and resilience: being frugal and being comfortable with a totally imperfect and incomplete setup, that will be defined along the way. Being extremely excited by uncertainty ;
  • Customer-centric: a strong focus on customer satisfaction even after the deal with the client is closed ;
  • Autonomy and self-drivenness: ability to opportunistically tackle a market with no defined playbook ;
  • Smartly opportunistic: ability to connect the dots (getting connected to X to get introduced to Y who will open the doors to Z) to cover a market in the most efficient way.
