We are looking to hire an amazing Sales Leader to help us build and grow our Enterprise Sales team in the Northeast. This person will be responsible for helping us hire, onboard, and manage the next wave of Enterprise sellers across the North Eastern US. This leader will also help us establish and drive success across our Enterprise Sales team as we build out our Field team over the course of 2021 and beyond.

As a Regional Sales Director, you will:

  • Hire, onboard and train new Enterprise AE's and coach them on best practices in selling Amplitude.
  • Understand the core metrics of the Northeast Enterprise business and use them to forecast the performance of the team.
  • Support in executing key deals via onsite and remote engagement with customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure field marketing, product marketing, demand generation, and sales engineering to ensure resources are allocated appropriately.
  • Plan and communicate the path to growth for the Northeast region over the next 18-24 months.

  • You enjoy helping scale a high-performance Enterprise business and helping identify & tackle the things we need to help 2x the team's revenue over the next 12 months.
