Our headquarters are located in Stockholm, and we're rapidly growing internationally with offices in the UK, Norway, France, and Germany.

We're now looking for a Manager Sales & Recruiting who will be responsible for growing our clinician base and constantly improving our clinician sales and recruiting funnel. You will report directly to the Head of Operations and become a core member of the German Medical Operations team.

What you'll do

  • Proactively grow our partner base of Kry clinicians, identifying new opportunities to generate, nurture and reactivate leads;
  • Improve processes in our sales and recruiting funnel to increase conversion;
  • Take over end to end responsibility: from first contact to contract signed;
  • Come up with ideas to excite clinicians for Kry and create materials used in direct outreach activities;
  • Work closely with Marketing to support campaigns with your expertise.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum of 2-3 years professional Sales experience;
  • Understanding of the healthcare sector is a plus;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English;
  • Outgoing personality and loyal team player;
  • Great self-organisation and independent project management;
  • Strong persuasion skills and comfort in interactions with senior counterparts;
  • Drive and enthusiasm to find fast and creative solutions;
  • Joy of working in a fast-paced environment towards clear goals;
  • Stimulated by working with digital tools and administration;
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritise whilst delivering quality work.
