Profile:

As a Director of Placement Services you are a Staffing Industry professional who will represent the Recruiting in Motion brand with a high degree of ethics and integrity. As a Director, you must have a proven track-record in the industry, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit, and an alignment with RIM's Core Values.

In this fast-paced role, you will be part of an established corporate brand and team of tenured professionals. You will be in charge of your own destiny and your daily functions will focus on building relationships with decision makers and/or potential candidates. You will be working in a true team-based system where our network of industry professionals will be eager to work with you to make as many placements as possible.

We do not restrict our Directors within territorial boundaries and you will have the choice to work from your home office, or traditional office. In addition we offer extensive training that includes live/virtual and self-guided training through our proprietary online LMS (Learning Management System).

You will work on job orders within your specific areas of specialization that may include: accounting/finance/tax, IT, marketing/creative, administrative, operations, HR, legal, executive search and other related professional roles.

Compensation:

Independent Directors Associates earn an industry-leading 85% commission on direct-hire placements, and temp/contract net margin. Your compensation will be in direct proportion to your personal production.
