As Director of Strategic Accounts, you would work within the Revenue organization to drive new logo and expansion sales to ServiceTitan's largest prospects and customers. Additionally, this role will trailblaze the go-to-market strategy and be responsible for success in this segment.

What You'll Do:

  • Shape and implement Enterprise Sales strategy and processes
  • Stay abreast of and coach Strategic Account Executives on best practices
  • Serve as a mentor for your team and be a steward of the ServiceTitan organization
  • Serve as an executive sponsor and participate in strategic customer engagements
  • Measure and hold accountable SAE Performance
  • Identify and institute creative methods for improving conversion rates and reducing Sales Cycle
  • Report to GVP of Enterprise Sales on operational and financial KPIs
  • Motivate, incentivize, and recognize team members to encourage top performance
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new Team Members
  • Conduct weekly 1X1s with each SAE
  • Help evaluate new technologies and programs to drive superior performance

What You'll Need:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, familiarity with home service contracting, large accounts, and franchise business models a plus
  • Proven leadership skills and business acumen - performance-driven
  • Good project management skills
  • Experience in process improvement and change management
  • Ability to lead a team and influence without authority
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit specially Excel, PowerPoint and/or Google products to communicate and collaborate
  • Excellent presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written
  • Experience presenting to an executive audience
  • Big picture thinker, organized and with high attention to detail
  • Team player with the ability to think independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts
  • Passionate about striving for relentless improvement
  • Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally with other leaders on sensitive and/or emotional issues.
  • Ability to travel when required
