Responsibilities:

As a Lookout Channel Sales Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Building relationships with key partners, carriers and their technical representatives
  • Own and drive technical enablement activities for strategic and assigned partners
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal Lookout departments as appropriate to facilitate integrations and explore technical solutions
  • Deliver effective demos, presentations as well as best practices session deployments & workshops as needed
  • Help partners create evaluation test plans with customers that highlight the strengths of our platform to position Lookout as the clear cybersecurity leader
  • Present at partner oriented marketing events on an as-needed basis.
  • Collaborates with other SEs, and sales teams needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience as a Sales/System Engineer with a proven track record and demonstrable skills presenting technical information at the business executive level or at the architect level
  • Proven track record using your experience to help drive revenue
  • Demonstrable experience with mobile systems, carrier architectures/5G networks, APIs, and the related eco-system of solutions
  • Experience with mobile device technologies such as MDM/MAM, the mobile threat landscape and OS's of Android and iOS
  • Knowledge of application programming; such as REST/SOAP API's, JSON and enterprise architectures is desired
  • Working knowledge of the broader threat landscape and market solutions (EPP, EDR, SIEM, Identity, etc.) and the ability to distill technology trends, and explain complex behaviors in simple terms
  • Familiarity with subscription commerce platforms suchs AppDirect would be a plus
