About The Role:
Medallion's most important asset is our people. As a SFDC Admin, you will own Salesforce. Your day-to-day will include planning of future enhancements and changes, advanced business process automation, declarative development, security, user training, and data hygiene. You will be a main point of contact for all Salesforce-related projects. You will have a strong track record of delivering solutions that delight internal stakeholders. You will be primarily responsible for ensuring our SFDC environment is best in class.
You'll enjoy this role if you are...
- A subject-matter expert. You have extensive experience administering Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud in an agile environment and can appropriately lead change management across the organization when necessary. You have a deep understanding of Salesforce as well as experience with other go to market systems such as Zoominfo, Outreach, RingLead, Hubspot, and Gong.
- A thought leader. You bring a strong knowledge of systems, standards-based processes, change management and customer experience.
- Collaborative. You enjoy working with cross-functional teams.
- A communicator. You communicate clearly and concisely up, down, and across the organization. You are comfortable communicating technical concepts and systems to a wide range of audiences.
- Detail-oriented. You avoid costly mistakes in production by meticulously testing changes across development and test sandboxes.
- Data-driven. You know that without data and analytics it's impossible to effectively identify or pursue the highest impact improvements to a system or service.
- Organized and efficient. You know how to effectively manage multiple projects. You enjoy making stakeholders around you more efficient by enabling them with tooling.
- Biased for action. You know how to take initiative, identify problems and develop plans. You're someone who can step back and think strategically and make recommendations based on data, research, and experience.
Your day to day is...
- Work with cross-functional teams to address strategic business issues and automate complex processes
- Work on and lead complex Salesforce projects
- Ensure change (Salesforce releases, vendor deployments, package updates, internal declarative changes, etc.) is communicated and deployed in a way that maximizes adoption and minimizes organizational impact
- Monitor our core objects for stagnant, duplicate, and incomplete records, and enforce high-quality data standards across our organization
- Ensure data is only accessible at the right time, to the right people, through regular maintenance of profiles, permission sets, roles and hierarchies, sharing rules and user management
- Ensure integrations with other go to market systems are running smoothly, without errors.
- Document systematic process. Create initial documentation and update existing documentation to include changes as they are made.
- Participate in creating training content for the system portion of new process implementation.

- At least 3 years of experience in a Salesforce Administration role.
