We've got an open seat for an account executive to help us level up our existing products and build new ones. Your seat may be in your home office, on your sofa, on the beach, a ski lift...wherever life takes you. We do important work here at Planswell, but life outside of work is important too. About the Position

This is an opportunity to potentially continue to improve your sales and communication skills while joining one of the most welcoming and inclusive teams in the world. It's totally remote, work from home (or a beach), with performance based comp of a $55k CAD base with uncapped commissions!

We need to grow the sales team immediately to meet demand. Our sales management and training is second to none. Sales training is part of the product we sell, so naturally we live and breathe everything sales. We will level you up like crazy!

As an Account Executive at Planswell, you will sell partnership subscriptions to financial advisors who are overwhelmingly enthusiastic about our offering. You will fill your pipeline of new business using prospect lists supplied to you. Initially, your position will be a hunter role with the goal of scheduling appointments for other Account Executives. Once you master the art of cold calling advisors in your second or third month, you will be eligible to start running your own demos, and receive appointments and hold demos through inbound marketing efforts. Every AE at Planswell has gone through this experience. It's a part of our DNA.

We have a competitive pay structure for our sales team including a base pay of $55,000 CAD and a generous commission structure. On average, Account Executives at Planswell earn $90,000 CAD with top performers exceeding $100,000 CAD (base + commission).
