We are looking for a Project Manager to join our CS team. We seek people with excellent organizational & communication skills who have a knack for working across many different functions. In this role you will be responsible for managing all of the ongoing deployments of our new White Label product. You will be working closely with customers to help onboard, set up, and train their staff on our software. You will also be working internally with our sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure that our software solutions are delivered to our customers on time and up to specification. In this role you will be the leader delivering a key business objective for the company and working cross-functionally with many different departments. What You Will Be Doing

• Work cross-functionally with CS, Sales, Product, and Engineering as a project management leader delivering great results for our customers. This includes project planning, customer relationship management and coordinating with various teams
• Create project plans for onboarding of new clients that take a project through stages of implementation. (Product ingestion, implementation, integrations, development phase, and through delivery to launch)
• Instill confidence with customers in our ability to think through and deliver a successful product implementation step-by-step
• Ensure on-time delivery of all of our ongoing implementations
• Lead multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the onboarding cycle
• Act as the face of the product to our customers, ensuring them of a smooth onboarding experience.
• Have a deep understanding of the Knowde product suite and how to best utilize it for the customer.
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to get sign offs on project plans, success plans, scope, KPI's and delivery timelines
• Manage the resource and capacity plan for in-process projects
• Leading the ongoing creation of onboarding processes and assets within the organization.

What You Should Have

• 5+ years of customer success web project management, product management , or related experience
• Understanding of all that goes into building and delivering a corporate website presence and how to work with 3rd party design & marketing agencies
• Previous ownership of the full project lifecycle ?" success will involve delivering complete project implementations for multiple projects in various phases
• Experience delivering complex projects in a SaaS environment across a wide variety of clients
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing with the ability to make complex and technical concepts easy to understand
• Experience reporting up and managing both internal and customer expectations
• Proficiency/understanding of solutions and concepts related to web search, marketplaces, ecommerce, digital sales management, CMS, CRM, Marketing automation, customer data platforms and other common related solutions required to build a world-class web presence
• Ability to track and mitigate risks and be the first line of escalation for clients when encountering project issues
• You are extremely well organized and detail oriented
• A deep understanding of how software is built and a history of delivering software solutions.
• A PMP, PIM, or comparable project management certification is preferred
• A technical background is preferred, a Computer Science degree or equivalent
