  • This role will be focused on finding 0-days (unknown vulnerabilities) in a wide range of applications and devices used by Ankorstore and consumers.
  • Why is this role important to Ankorstore?

Researchers are constantly finding vulnerabilities in popular products and applications ranging from Internet of Things (IoT) devices to commercial applications and network devices. If we don't have the expertise to research and find these types of vulnerabilities before the adversaries, the consequences can be grave.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement comprehensive vulnerability management systems across all assets on-premises and in the cloud.
  • Conduct vulnerability research against all assets
  • Identify complex security vulnerabilities and exploit them before an external attacker can exploit them
  • Identify weaknesses within Ankorstore products and corporate network and demonstrate the associated risks
  • Utilize threat modeling concepts and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, STRIDE, etc. to continually identify ways to protect and defend Ankorstore's assets by executing attacks that emulate a range of adversaries

Requirements:

  • Creative thinker
  • Good level of english
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially experience with executive-level communications
  • Capability to make sound decisions in the face of ambiguity and imperfect knowledge
  • 3 years+ experience in vulnerability management
  • Proven track record in executing on a comprehensive vulnerability management program
  • Hands on experience with asset management, vulnerability management and patch management methodologies and tools.
