Visual Merchandiser

About the Team

At GOAT Group, our Merchandising team connects our content with the greatest product catalog from the past, present and future, creating best-in-class customer experiences for our community. By joining the Merchandising team, you will leverage visual aesthetics, data analytics, industry trends and research to help inform product decisions and maximize customer engagement.

In this role, you will:

• Create a process for, and manage, all inbound requests to the Product and Merchandising teams
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Copywriters and Merchandisers to define and manage project timelines
• Act as the source of truth for all project timeline updates to stakeholders and internal partners
• Create and disseminate project briefs and documentation
• In collaboration with Product Managers and Marketing, own the feature roll out process from end to end, ensuring clear communication internally and externally to consumers
• Support the Product and Merchandising team in the creation of decks for external partners
• Balance multiple projects at once, prioritizing competing priorities
• Represent Product Managers and Merchandisers in cross functional meetings, understanding when to make decisions and when to loop in additional members of the team
• Be the glue between Consumer Product and external departments, knowing when to facilitate wider conversations to remove roadblockers
• Create opportunities for feedback and look for areas of improvement and optimization within Product and Merchandising processes

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-5 years of Project Management experience, with a track record of owning projects with multiple dependencies
• Proven success motivating individuals and teams across an organization to come together and get things done
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• An active listener, with the ability to create good rapport with all departments
• Open minded, a willingness to think outside the box to generate creative solutions
• Ability to adapt and move quickly, taking ownership and accountability
• A decisive, but thoughtful decision maker
