We are seeking a User Experience (UX) Researcher to join our team. In this role, you will consult with our customers to understand their goals, explaining user research results to both internal and external stakeholders. You will conduct usability testing, analyzing user feedback and activity, iterating to enhance the overall user experience of the AttackIQ platform. You'll also create wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flows. If you're the right person for this role, you are genuinely interested in understanding the details behind your work. You thrive on challenges and are eager to play a key role in establishing AttackIQ as the ultimate cyber security solution.

This is a full-time, individual contributor, remote position that can be worked remote anywhere in Argentina. We offer a competitive total rewards package for full-time employees. We'll only be able to respond to applicants who meet the basic qualifications for this role.

Required

  • Ability to work professionally and communicate in English
  • 3+ years of experience as a user experience (UX) researcher
  • 2+ years of experience with Figma and Symbols
  • 1+ years of experience creating product prototypes

Preferred

  • Prior experience working with remote teams in other countries
  • Prior experience working in an enterprise technology startup environment.
