About the Role:

Technical Program Management is a newly formed team within the engineering organization. This team is responsible for process, organization and communication to improve engineering efficiency as we scale. As one of the first few TPMs to join engineering you'll play a large role in shaping our processes and the TPM team.

As the Technical Program Manager, you will be in charge of day-to-day operations for 2 to 3 engineering teams. This includes leading and constantly improving the sprint planning, retros, demos and other agile rituals. The teams you will be working with are responsible for high-visibility projects that will help us win enterprise level deals.

What You'll Do:

• Project manage high priority projects from requirement gathering to delivery
• Lead, own and improve sprint rituals, such as sprint planning, backlog grooming and retrospectives.
• Identify risks and blockers then work to mitigate and unblock through all the tools in your tool belt
• Set goals and metrics for each team, then work with the team to hit each goal.
• Coach engineers, PMs and leads on effective processes and best practices

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in Program Management. Prior technical experience or a technical degree is recommended
• Experience with project management software (such as JIRA)
• You pride yourself on your organization and communication
• Ability to lead without authority
• Ability to gain meaningful insights from data and create an action plan
• Capacity to work in a fast paced, continuously changing environment - You'll jump in wherever you can
• Strong experience with agile methodologies. CSM or PMP training is a bonus.
