Reporting to the head of Data & Insights, we are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the Data Architecture Roadmap. You will work with Data Engineers as well as the rest of Built's business units to shape the architecture for Built's data as well as help define our standards and governance. Your customers will be a mix of Built's customers and employees and as you will be overseeing a roadmap that will drive the success of all aspects of the organization. Doing this will require spending time developing a strong understanding of Built's current data architecture, data models, and how our users interact with this data. You will have the exciting opportunity to use your domain experience and knowledge to drive our path forward in enabling internal and external solutions.

In This Role, You Will:

• Create and manage the Data Architecture roadmap by organizing the requests of the organization and prioritizing needs based on what drives the most value
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to design ad data infrastructure that is performant and scalable
• Share your domain knowledge with Data Engineers and other Product Managers to create a data model that allows Built to; Expand upon our current data and Ensure the model incorporates all customer use cases
• Drive the creation of data, governance and validation standards across the organization
• Become a subject matter expert in all things Data at Built
• Become an integral part of the Product Management team as the "go to" contact for data requests
• Ideate and explore avenues to monetize Built's data architecture
• Provide "best practice" guidance to the rest of the product organization around data management

Who You Are:

• You have a experience in data architecture and a proven track record of creating data models
• You exemplify the Guiding Principles of Built Technologies - a set of principles that define the culture and Built and which shape all aspects of how we operate
• You are comfortable working in ambiguity.
• You have a reputation for excellent communication internally and externally, including collaboration across functions and lines of business.
• You're an optimist with a manageable ego who will stand up for your work when you really believe in it.
• You are deeply curious and want to understand "the why" behind all decisions.
• You are a bar raiser who is never satisfied with the status quo.
• You have 2+ years of product management experience with a technical and analytical background and a compelling track record of success.
• A plus but not required: a technical degree from a four year university or past experience in software engineering
