As a Technical Account Manager, you are our enterprise customers' trusted advisor and a critical part of the customer success team at Instabase. As a partner to our strategic clients, you will uncover new use cases and help our customers solve their complex problems.

What you'll do

  • Drive business value for customers: grow accounts by driving adoption strategies to help customers maximize their investment in Instabase
  • Collaborate with our internal engineering and product teams to inform the product roadmap
  • Advocate for our customers, integrating their asks into Instabase upgrades and feature adds
  • Communicate directly with executives at strategic enterprise customers
  • Influence and advise business leaders: hold regular status calls and manage escalations
  • Enable our strategic customers to become Instabase product experts
  • Present detailed technical information and benefits of the Instabase platform to our customers
  • Identify common customer challenges and work with our internal team to improve the Instabase experience
  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty
  • Partner with our go-to-market team to grow the business, mitigate risk and team up on successful solution delivery

About you

  • You have relevant experience in a customer-facing account management role; experience working with Tier 1 Financial Organizations a plus
  • At your core, you are an impeccable relationship builder with strong project management skills
  • You have experience in technology consulting, business analytics, or related fields
  • You're agile and flexible
  • You're able to clearly explain and simplify technical concepts to a variety of audiences
  • You're detail-oriented, results-driven and fearlessly experimental
  • You're intellectually curious and have a passion for technology
  • You find opportunities to drive customer outcomes at scale
  • You enjoy creative problem solving and are proud to bring your full self to work
  • You are resilient and thrive when taking on new challenges
