The Recruiting Operations team fuels Figma's hiring efforts through thoughtful process design, technology and analytics. Our mission is to elevate the experience of candidates and internal partners by launching best in class programs that will enable Figma to hire top talent at scale.

Figma is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Recruiting Technology to drive the implementation of foundational infrastructure as we enter into a period of hyper growth. In this role you will focus on enabling the recruiting team with strategically integrated tools to improve efficiency and allow them to do their best work. You'll partner directly with senior leaders and external providers to assess and scale systems that enhance the recruiting experience, deliver high quality insights and help achieve our ambitious hiring goals. As an early member of a growing team, this is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of hiring at Figma.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you'll do at Figma:

    • Build from the ground up. Recruiting Operations is a new team and creating structure from ambiguity should excite you
    • Lead delivery of the global recruiting technology roadmap by collecting requirements, building and managing implementation plans and designing solutions that seamlessly integrate with current/future tools
    • Create thoughtful change management, training and support strategies to drive adoption for new recruiting programs & technologies
    • Develop performance metrics and use data to continuously enhance the recruiting experience including micro and macro-process changes, root cause analysis and feature requests
    • Be the expert for all recruiting tools outside of the ATS. Work with end users to troubleshoot system related challenges and collaborate with cross functional team members on program strategy and design
    • Participate in RFPs and work closely with IT, security and legal on the assessment and onboarding of new vendors
    • Partner with the ATS program manager to understand system capabilities, identify change implications across tools and make recommendations to optimize existing workflows

    • Candidate survey technology
    • Partner with Talent Brand on Careers site integration/redesign

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

    • 6+ years of experience in recruiting operations or program management roles at high-growth consumer or enterprise technology companies
    • A strategic approach - you're always thinking about the big picture and can anticipate dependencies and impacts across workstreams
    • A deep understanding of recruiting users and a demonstrated ability to deliver creative solutions that meet their needs
    • Outstanding communication skills - you seamlessly engage with both technical and non-technical partners and can influence to gain support
    • An appetite for data and continuous improvement - you're excited to own projects from strategy through execution and be responsible for their long term performance
    • A desire to build for the future - Figma is scaling quickly, and we are solving for tomorrow's challenges today
