Senior Product Manager, B2B

About the Role:

Papaya is looking to grow its Product team! As a Senior Product Manager (B2B) at Papaya, you will collaborate with teams across the organization and help get one of our new lines of business off the ground. What you'll be doing:

• Work directly with Papaya's client-base of Financial Institutions using our SDK, with a focus on driving adoption, retention, and satisfaction metrics.
• Manage a portfolio of new customer launches, while looking for new opportunities to drive retention and engagement.
• Work collaboratively with other PM's as you drive outcomes and key initiatives on your roadmap.
• Make thoughtful contributions to the team, developing a deep understanding of our users, employing a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods

We'd like to hear from candidates with:

• 3+ years of relevant Product Management experience
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable using data to form a hypothesis and monitoring metrics to determine the success trend of product initiatives
• Effective communication skills and ability to liaise seamlessly between functions
• Project management aptitude; the ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize between project components with regular reporting of outcomes
