Team Description

The Reddit Ads team is poised to rapidly innovate and grow like no other time in its history. This is a unique opportunity to join a high performing team that will shape how we monetize the Reddit platform and to help connect redditors with brands they love.

Within Reddit Ads, our Advertiser Platform team covers a number of large product areas such as campaign management, reporting, Ads API, and more. Teams within Advertiser Platform oversee a large, diverse portfolio of products such as campaign creation, bulk import, reporting dashboard, and creative library.

Role Description

As the Ads Reporting PM, you will be responsible for crafting and evolving the vision and roadmap for our Reporting team, which is responsible for making sure advertisers can quickly and easily retrieve data, generate reports, and glean insights that can be used to guide ad spend decisions. Some examples of products you may be expected to own and deliver are would be:

Real-time Reporting
Asynchronous Reporting
Hot-cold ad metrics storage/retrieval

Responsibilities:

Drive the vision and roadmap for the Reporting team
Execute and deliver on key projects that improve both ads reporting system performance and user experience
Collaborate closely with measurement, ad event pipeline and other infrastructure teams to deliver a performant and useful reporting experience for Reddit Ads customers both large and small
Work closely with GTM, design, and data science functions to drive decision making and bring reporting products to market for our customers.

Required Qualifications:

Prior experience in adtech strongly preferred
At least three years of experience as a Product Manager in shipping impactful B2B products
Hands-on software engineering experience (personal projects or prior work experience) or a computer science degree
Experience going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.
Strong product sense, execution, and communication skills

The base pay range for this position is: $183,500 - $275,300
