Quality and Trust Product Manager

Printify will use this investment to further expand its marketplace and to hire the best talents available around the world.

The Role

Product managers at Printify are the essential drivers for our product vision and strategy and aim at delivering high-value solutions for both merchants & print providers.

Printify stands for quality: a huge range, high-quality products, fast delivery and good service. Managing more and more transactions within our platform, quality is key for us and also an extra challenge to keep our quality promise order after order.

The Quality and Trust Product Manager ensures that our partners can follow Printify's high quality standards. They will be responsible for retrieving and sustaining excellent user feedback on quality across all products from the Printify catalog and be in charge of building trust for our merchant and Print Providers .

You will be in charge of challenging our established processes with innovative, data-driven ideas and get energy from not only analyzing but also implementing. You will need to have fluency working with data and analytics, since you will need to analyze delivery times, returns, cancellations, customer satisfaction....

You will also connect the technical and business worlds, working closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, researchers and business leaders to build products and guide them throughout the execution cycle, building, positioning, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

Note for Printify senior roles:

• We support remote work, and this role can be held from any country in an EMEA time zone, where the majority of the team is based
• Within the right time zones, employees can work from any country where they have the right to work
• For candidates with no right to live and work in any EMEA country, Printify could provide relocation to Latvia or Estonia, provided the candidate meets immigration criteria set by those countries

Your responsibilities

• Gather review from merchants and make the best use of user-generated feedback
• Implement processes to measure how suppliers comply with Printify standards and build an intervention protocol
• Define and execute on a product vision and strategy while balancing short? and long?-term goals
• Facilitate timely decision-making across a broad network of internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate and motivate a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives while maintaining team health
• Make appropriate trade-offs between business and technical constraints, clearly communicating goals, roles, and responsibilities
• Frequently identify significant product, organizational, and process opportunities and drive them to production, without the need of explicit direction
• Incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps
• Decide on impactful high-level business metrics
• Minimum qualifications or 'what you must have'
• Extended experience with product management
• Extended experience with user feedback implementation and analysis, as well as experience building products to address the feedback collected
• Track record for delivering quality products on time
• Experience of going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution
• Preferred qualifications 'what we would like you to have'
• Experience working in or with eCommerce or online marketplace companies
• Experience working with a diverse team of engineers, product managers, data analysts, and senior leaders
• Passion for understanding complex problems and driving high-quality and innovative technical solutions
• Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
• General knowledge of software engineering best practices including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• Excellent quantitative problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English
