Public Relations Manager

Role Summary

As the Public Relations manager (PR) / Corporate Communications Manager at WeTravel, you are the main point of contact for the company in working with our clients, press and media, reporting directly to the CMO. We are happy to consider candidates who after an initial few months working with our team in Amsterdam, wish to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Package our WeTravel Story - where we've come from, where we are and where we are going!
• Build a knowledge base that is second to none in the industry and become a thought leader in the sector.
• Write articles for websites, influencers, blogs, online / social, media, press, Investor presentations etc
• Manage all online and press media relations
• Have a deep knowledge of the WeTravel platform and all its components.
• Redesign and continuously update our media kit.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (other languages would be great too - but we have translation assistance for that if needed)
• US experience (this is our main market currently so knowledge of this is essential)
• B2B in house PR experience.

Nice to have

• Agency experience in addition to in house experience would be a nice addition
• Knowledge of either the travel or fintech sectors would be a bonus.
