Program Manager Growth

Scale is at the forefront of enabling Machine Learning across multiple industries including self driving cars. As one of Scale's technical product managers, you'll be designing and building new solutions, tools, and products to solve new problems that arise as we grow.

As a Growth Program Manager, you'll be designing and building new solutions, tools, and processes to solve supply scalability problems that arise as we grow. We are growing operations rapidly and on-boarding new customers and launching products all the time. This raises new strategic questions we need to answer as well as tactical challenges we need to overcome. The role involves a combination of engineering, product management, and operations work. The ideal candidate has a strong entrepreneurial mindset and is comfortable getting into the weeds and owning "must win" outcomes.

You will:

• Use quantitative experimentation to derive result-oriented actions for user acquisition, retention, experience, and performance.
• Problem solve some of our most pressing acquisition and scalability challenges.
• Lead cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders (Engineering + Ops + Go to Market)

Ideally, you'd have:

• Strong technical background - the role will involve analytics, and you should be prepared for that.
• 3+ years of experience leading a team and developing product
• An entrepreneurial mindset that balances creative problem solving with the desire to run through walls to deliver outcomes.
• Experience working on operational problems (or a desire to do so)
• Ability to solve difficult problems in high-stakes environments. This will usually involve getting into the weeds to ensure the success of "must win" projects.
• Entrepreneurial experience and mindset - you are excited about building things from scratch
• Work experience with Product Led Growth, ideally with a consumer-facing product
