Program Manager

We are seeking a diplomatic and agile Program Manager to partner closely with our global teams, including counterparts in Barcelona, Spain, Argentina, and throughout the continental United States. You'll play a significant leadership role in the management and facilitation of the delivery and operational capabilities for the AttackIQ platform. In this role, you'll primarily provide dedicated support to one or two teams. You'll consume customer requests, partnering with product owners to define requirements for the engineering team, managing conflict, and pragmatically negotiating competing priorities.

If you're the right person for this role, you're comfortable initiating discussions about issues or roadblocks - particularly challenges that have not been confronted before. You have a knack for applying guidance, direction, and structure, to situations where there was little clarity or development previously. You have prior success in effectively earning credibility with senior engineering leadership and the C-suite. You are passionate about providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members, allowing for continuous focus to make progress in our work. You're comfortable responding to needs of all types, and you possess poise in instilling order and stability in proactive and reactive environments. You have an innate sense for when initiatives are 'stuck' and are able to direct conversations with an appropriate level of assertion, making positive progress towards decisions and action outcomes. You're able to provide effective visibility for non-technical audiences, with an eye on the big picture and all the moving parts. You are an inquisitive, out-of-the-box thinker, with genuine care for the perspective of multiple teams, with our customer and our customer's problems as your main priority. You enjoy tinkering with products to become intimately familiar with the strengths and gaps, from functional and user experience perspectives. This is a full time, remote position, that can be worked anywhere in Argentina. We'll only be able to respond to applicants who meet the basic qualifications for this role. We offer a competitive total rewards package to full-time employees.

Required

• 7+ years of technical program management and/or product owner experience
• 1+ years of global program management experience, working across multiple time zones
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile software development methodology
• Track record of success partnering with large and/or multiple teams.

Preferred

• 1+ years of startup experience
• Prior cybersecurity program management experience
