Program Manager

Squarespace is looking for a Program Manager to join our team. We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable scoping and executing product and marketing work and supporting the vision for business strategy. You have experience with go-to-market, product testing at a SaaS company, and managing cross-functional initiatives. Experience with pricing is a bonus. The program manager will be a part of the product marketing organization, which values communicating the core benefits of the Squarespace platform to all its customers, driving new product adoption, and working cross-functionally to message, position, and go to market with Squarespace products and features. You are passionate about strategizing work streams and helping deliver complex projects on time.This can be based in our headquarters in New York or remotely, and reports to the Associate Director of Product Marketing.

You'll Get To...

• Partner with key stakeholders to scope and execute pricing related programs and influence development of new products and services
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress
• Manage prioritization, timelines, work streams, and be able to form a strong POV on each of them
• Develop, articulate, and promote data-driven decisions to solve complex business problems
• Addressing barriers through problem solving and coordination with stakeholders
• Become an expert in optimizing SaaS pricing models for SaaS platforms
• Own program reporting, performance tracking, and improvement opportunity identification for the pricing team
• Manage the experiment project funnel and ensure insights from successful experiments are tied to business goals

Who We're Looking For

• 3+ years of project or program management experience
• Experience partnering with cross-functionally to drive strategy
• Experience growing out a new program
