Summary

We are seeking a Product Strategy Manager with experience in the financial services space to identify strategic new product opportunities that align with the Fast mission.

Role

• Recommend new product opportunities or product direction in the financial services space
• Collect any information/data necessary to build business cases, including industry landscape, market trends, customer segments, ecosystem players, competition, etc.
• Gain buyin by communicating wellcrafted business cases and gotomarket plans
• Partner closely with product managers to propose product flows and gauge build vs buy decisions

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience FinTech or consumer banking industry
• 4+ years of experience in strategy, investment banking, product management, consulting or related role
• Ability to understand endtoend customer experiences and product flows
• Strong analytical, communication and written skills
• Exceptional data analysis skills

Plus

• Ability to write SQL queries
• Experience working at a tech startup or big tech
• Experience with buynowpaylater and/or consumer lending products
• Experience with international payment methods such as Boletos, digital wallets, bank payments (UPI, Sofort, Giropay, iDeal, etc.)
