Strava is hiring a Product Manager to lead the Feed team within our Growth Organization. The Feed team deepens athlete engagement on Strava by fostering deeper, more fulfilling social connections. We aim to motivate, educate, and inspire, through features such as the Feed, following, favorites, kudos, and comments.

  • Evolve the experience of the Home tab and core social experiences. Millions of athletes will rely on you to craft the right experience.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to develop a vision and roadmap for the Home tab that supports our broader company and team goals.

You will be successful here by:

  • Keeping a growth mindset. Constantly asking how we can improve our own frameworks and processes.
  • Partnering closely with your cross-functional partners (design, engineering, machine learning, analytics, product marketing, and user research) to develop and execute on the product strategy.
  • Developing empathy for our Strava athletes by harnessing both data and user research.
  • Embracing an inclusive, collaborative environment that elevates a diverse set of voices and experiences.

  • You've shipped social features that bring joy and delight to your users, while improving key company metrics.
  • You have experience shipping products at scale. You've learned to separate the signal from the noise after rolling out big changes.
  • You bring a deep understanding of the most recent trends in consumer social, and are always curious about new apps.
  • You have a knack for blending quantitative and qualitative to guide your strategy. You've been involved in user research and you've shipped A/B tests to validate hypotheses.
  • You lead by lifting up your teammates. Your energy and enthusiasm to solve problems unlocks creativity in the rest of the team!
  • You have 4+ years of product management experience.
  • You've shipped social features that bring joy to your users, while improving key metrics.
  • You've shipped products at scale. You've learned to separate the signal from the noise after rolling out big changes.
  • You bring a deep understanding of the most recent trends in consumer social.
