We are looking for the right product leader to spearhead the development of new data products that will help unlock the development of personal finance insights. You will help us #inventtomorrow by charting a new path for Plaid within our core personal finance use cases. This is a product area that serves most major fintech companies and segments, and has wide consumer reach. Needless to say, the impact you'll create will be significant.

You will partner closely with teams across Plaid, particularly Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing, to set a product strategy and execution plan that will deliver the best possible outcomes for our customers, partners, and end users.

Product Managers at Plaid own the end-to-end problem that they are trying to solve with their team. At Plaid, Product Management is a collaborative effort between engineering, design, legal, risk, analytics and customer-facing teams.

What excites you:

• Helping customers and end users make better personal finance decisions through data
• Bringing shape to nebulous product spaces, and building experiences from zero to one
• Regularly engaging with customers to understand their needs and create highly scalable solutions to unlock their biggest pain points
• Building elegantly designed API products that enable our customers to create delightful product experiences for end consumers
• Collaborating cross-functionally to successfully deliver products that customers love
• Creating and evangelizing a product strategy, roadmaps, project plans, and clear product specifications that consistently deliver quality products

What excites us:

• 5+ years experience in product management, with demonstrated experience successfully building and shipping products that drive meaningful customer impact
• End-to-end experience building new products or substantial features, including successful ideation, discovery, definition, and delivery
• Skilled communicator to both technical and non-technical audiences, and ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and go-to-market
• Experience partnering with go-to-market teams to drive adoption and scale of your products
• Self-motivated and goal oriented individual with excellent organizational and decision-making skills -- entrepreneurial experience is a plus
