Product Manager

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Driving product development with a team of developers and designers
• Working with teams across the business including Tech, Design, Commercial, Legal and Business Intelligence to build products that are leaders in their category
• Taking a data-driven approach to decide which problems to solve for our customers and find solutions that deliver on customer needs
• Leading the discovery process, carrying out customer research and market analysis
• Aligning stakeholders across the business around a shared vision, managing their expectations and defining product requirements
• Defining and tracking metrics to inform new feature ideas
• Motivating and driving the team to meet goals and deadlines

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience with b2b and technology-powered products
• Demonstrated understanding of agile product discovery and product delivery techniques, including scrum
• Experience owning elements of the product development lifecycle, including leading on customer research, defining the product vision, requirements, and launch
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Can prioritise well, use sound judgment and critical thought and communicate their decision making process
• Knowledge of product performance metrics and where to find and how to analyse data
• Passionate about startups
• Proactive, fun and hardworking with a positive outlook
