About the role

The Finance team is the backbone of Revolut's business. The department has grown from its humble beginnings to a major function that supports all areas of the business. They help us with the small details like remittance, and support us to make the big moves like assessing growth opportunities When you join our superstar Finance team you join the big leagues You'll get to work with players from all areas of the company: one day you are involved in a banking licence application process, the next you're running analysis for a new product launch and creating an executive summary of Revolut's performance for the board of directors. You've already ticked one box for our Product Controller role You'll get the chance to work closely with the Treasury, Accounting, Product and International expansion teams. You'll also make sure robust controls are in place to support our global expansion and ensure all relevant data is covered. That's not all, folks! It'll also be one of your strong suits to make sure any reconciliation breaks are investigated and amended on a timely basis, considering both tactical and strategic plans.

What you'll be doing

• Working closely with the Treasury, Accounting, Product and International expansion teams, ensuring robust controls are in place to support Revolut's global expansion
• Ensuring all relevant data is covered and reconciled
• Ensuring any reconciliation breaks are thoroughly investigated and remediated on a timely basis considering both tactical and strategic initiatives
• Providing reconciled data for accountants and regulators
• Ensuring the efficient operation of a robust control environment within Revolut
• Communicating with internal stakeholders to resolve queries
• Where required understanding the valuation inputs for the assets and liabilities on the balance sheet and being in a position to challenge

What you'll need

• Product Controller or similar experience working in a fast-paced environment in Financial Services / Banking sectors
• Good understanding of SQL
• Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with day-to-day and month-to-month hands-on doing
• Ability to communicate confidently and with clarity and accuracy to all levels
• A confident self-starter attitude
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
• High attention to detail - leave no stone unturned
• Excellent communication skills
• Control oriented mindset

Compensation range

• Lithuania: ?2,000 - ?4,900 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
• Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
