Prinicipal UX Researcher

Most important:

• Expert UX research and design skills
• Solid experience using advanced UX tools (e.g. Figma)
• Experience defining, quantifying, and sizing user needs for everything on the product roadmap with relevant market insights and supporting information.
• Experience building paper prototypes for remote user testing. (Framer, Flinto, Protopie, etc)
• Experience creating, testing, and integrating UX wireframes
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high qualityUX research reports with summaries and recommendations.
• Fluent in 3D technology and XR standards with supporting examples from previous projects
• Ability to lead workshops and facilitate ideation sessions with users and stakeholders
• A passion and curiosity for creating and building things
