As the HR Systems Project Manager you'll be critical in contributing to transformational change with a focus on driving forward operational efficiencies, automation, and system enhancements. You will oversee intake and prioritization of the people team's system roadmap, support delivery of cross-functional end to end system solutions, and partner with people teams to define and optimize processes across our HR tools. We recently implemented Workday HCM, Benefits, and Payroll - you get to drive meaningful change!

What you'll do at Figma:

Manage Workday projects end to end including gathering requirements, developing timelines, and stakeholder management
Drive process improvement initiatives across the People Operations team to create automation, identify risks with current processes, and partner internally to address findings
Manage consultants in the design and build out of large scale Workday projects including the merit cycle, open enrollment, and integrations
Project manage the deployment of Workday enhancements including new processes and reporting
Build a People Operations roadmap that includes: an integration with our ATS, open enrollment, merit cycle, onboarding process updates, and more
Assist HRIS Manager in making Workday configuration changes to security, business processes, and reporting
Regularly review our HR tech stack and oversee process improvements
Establish strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to tackle challenges and drive effective solutions
Support with documentation of new and or evolving People Operations processes

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

5+ years of progressive HR systems project management experience
2+ years hands on working experience in Workday configuration, customization, and support (HCM, Benefits, Advanced Comp, Payroll, EIBs preferred)
Excel at managing overlapping projects and priorities
Love for working in a high growth environment
