The Enterprise Implementation Services team serves as the central cog in the setup, configuration, training, and testing of the ServiceTitan platform for the largest and most influential businesses across the Home Services industry. As a Manager on ServiceTitan's Strategic Project Management team, you will oversee and support a team of Project Managers responsible for onboarding ServiceTitan's Strategic Accounts (franchise systems and select multi-location enterprise customers). In this role, you will be a critical member of our Enterprise Implementation Services team, help shape the implementation experience for our largest customers, and ensure their long term success.

What you'll do:

  • Be a leader taking ownership of one of the most impactful and challenging segments at one of the top SaaS companies in the world
  • Oversee a team of talented Project Managers, ensuring timely and quality deliveries of the product and full accountability for team goals and output
  • Develop and train new team members on best practices of project management, the implementation process, and the value of the ServiceTitan platform
  • Communicate strategy and vision to the team and build processes to deliver those outcomes
  • Develop future leaders in Enterprise Implementation Services and around ServiceTitan
  • Anticipate project risks and issues, confidently address any and all challenges, mitigate risks and issues and escalate to appropriate parties where required
  • Manage and resolve customer escalations from our highest value, highest touch customers
  • Build and leverage relationships with key stakeholders across ServiceTitan and our clients' executive teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Sales, Success, Technical Services and Product to ensure the voice of the customer is the central focus in recommended enhancements to the software and Customer Journey

What you'll bring:

  • People management experience preferred
  • Experience working with Strategic or Enterprise accounts and teams preferred
  • Relevant work experience in SaaS, software implementation, and/or client relationship management (experience in the Home Services industry a plus!)
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of motivating others and maintaining high team morale.
  • A natural ability to handle tough situations with an objective and pragmatic outlook; address issues by delivering concise, constructive criticism and creative solutions
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, including the ability to think several steps ahead of the client and take proactive steps to address roadblocks, risks and issues
  • Ability to travel up to 30% as conditions are safe according to health officials
