Maven's product team is growing to accelerate our mission of driving better health outcomes for our members through an engaging, human-centered product experience. We are looking for a stellar Group Product Manager to lead our content and community strategy and products. Reporting to the VP of Product for Member Experience, you will partner closely with engineering, design, and other cross functional teams to deliver compelling and innovative educational and community connections.

This role is an excellent fit for a seasoned, self-motivated and creative product leader who leverages analytics and insights, experimentation, and business understanding to drive decisions and cross-team alignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for elevating the discovery and consumption of Maven's live and on-demand content, and evolving Maven's peer-to-peer support into lively conversations. Performance will be measured by frequent member visits and long-term retention.

As a Group Product Manager for Content and Community at Maven, you will:

  • Develop a strong understanding of our members and why they use Maven - what problems then encounter and what opportunities we have to drive frequent member visits and long-term retention
  • Lead the product vision, narratives, and strategy for Maven's content and community that shapes the value and satisfaction of Maven's experience for members
  • Oversee implementations, enhancements and new product development inclusive of internal systems (such as CMS, ESPs) and member-facing experiences like personalized, multimedia content
  • Work closely with senior leadership across Maven to ensure alignment and delivery of member engagement goals against company vision, mission and objectives
  • Define success outcomes and drive team to deliver high-quality products and business value proven by results
  • Be a player/coach, which requires you to execute as an individual contributor where necessary while building and coaching your team product management best practices
  • Build and oversee a team of product managers and foster team engagement, Maven values and professional growth
  • Support overall development of the culture, people, and operational processes to sustain a high-performing product team

We're looking for you to bring:

  • 6+ years of Product experience building digital consumer products throughout the entire product lifecycle, specifically in entertainment, social network, publishing, gaming, fitness and wellness
  • 2+ years of experience building and managing high-performing product teams with a track record of consistently delivering on roadmap commitments
  • Strong product sense, basing decisions in data, user feedback and measurable impact
  • Experience leading and growing the careers of Product Managers over the course of multiple years
  • Ability to navigate to the the best solution in ambiguous situations, using empathy and candor to explain the rationale behind decisions
  • Great sense for simplifying products and working through complex technical challenges
  • Skill navigating executive stakeholders to reach the best business outcomes

Helpful experiences and skills (if you don't have them, you can learn them with us!):

  • Background in a healthcare-related or other regulated field
