• Lead the technical development of the product
• Own the ongoing refactoring process
• Help developers grow and learn along technical and non-technical dimensions
• Contribute your best knowledge and experience about technology, products, and processes
• Shape the product roadmap with us

Your Profile

• You have experience managing cross-functional teams
• You have experience across the full JS-based stack (both Node.JS and ReactJS)
• You have experience in at least one more programming language (e.g. C/C++, Go, Rust, Python, Java)
• Ideally, you have experience with PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, WebRTC, Redis, CI/CD
