We're looking for an experienced product leader to help us build the world-class payments systems and products that enable Eventbrite's marketplace. Eventbrite powers millions of transactions for events of all shapes and sizes across 160+ countries, and you will build the user experiences and payment processing, payouts, balances, tax, and transactional systems that make that possible. You will set the strategy and build the future for the financial tools and products that help our event creators grow their businesses and succeed.

YOU HAVE:

    • 7+ years experience in product management including knowledge of payments or fintech.
    • 3+ years leadership experience with a track record of hiring and developing high-performing teams.
    • Proven record of successfully launching and growing payment products (marketplace focus preferred but not required).
    • xperience leading teams in a fast-paced environment driving prioritization across a portfolio of efforts, incorporating new business realities, and incorporating industry advancements along the way, especially around payments and fintech.
    • Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a cross-functional team.
    • Strong communication skills that enable clear articulation of vision, strategy, and execution.
    • A collaborative approach to guide and deliver impact in those challenging moments of product delivery.
    • A passion for connecting people through live events.

YOU WILL:

    • Manage a group of product managers across all payments related areas of the marketplace.
    • Recruit, hire, and mentor top product managers.
    • Build strong product culture and practices, and lead engineering, design, analytics and product to solve customer problems together.
    • Define a clear vision for payments at Eventbrite and drive the strategy.
    • Driving measurable impact, and leverage data and customer insight to guide decisions and roadmap.
    • Work with your team to ruthlessly prioritize and execute on a thoughtful portfolio of long and shorter term efforts to deliver the largest impact for our customers and towards our mission.
    • Communicate the payments strategy widely across the organization.
    • Work cross functionally with legal, customer support, trust & safety, finance, and tax.
    • Educate and expand the knowledge of payments and fintech within the team and the company.
