Director of Product, Licensing Products

About the Role:

Medallion's licensing products help organizations and providers maintain all necessary credentials needed to practice ?" medical and prescription licensing, continuous education, collaborative agreements, and more. As Director of Product, you will lead a team of PMs and own the success of these product lines. You will be responsible for:

• Strategy: developing and maintaining a 6-12 month roadmap with active input from customers, competitors, and partners
• Commercialization: developing pricing, positioning, and material to support GTM teams
• Delivery: working cross-functionally to ensure the timely delivery of new products, features, and services
• Management: directly managing, coaching, and empowering more other PMs

We're looking for someone who has:

• Product experience: 5+ years as a B2B PM
• Management experience: 2+ years experience managing PMs
• Strong business acumen: You enjoy digging into the details of how a business works, identifying how to make it better, and building products to do so
• Subject matter expertise in healthcare operations, or a demonstrated ability to learn about a new technical field
• Customer-facing experience: You've driven customer engagements, navigated executive-level reviews of roadmap plans, and collaborated closely with GTM teams
• Technical execution: You've been the PM for one or more engineering teams, enabling effective sprint-level execution
• Operational savvy: You are a strong operational leader, capable of driving a cross-functional team and process
• Crisp communicator: High attention to detail including precise and effective communications, including with external customers/partners
• Results-oriented: You enjoy doing whatever it takes to execute on complex projects
