What you'll do:

  • Raise the bar, we want to look back every single year and be proud of the amazing progress and enhancements that we did, we expect that you will identify opportunities of enhancements from technical and process standpoint and work with the team to implement them
  • Ship the best product, we are proud of what we deliver, working with the product team, the customers, and your team to make sure that we deliver scalable, high valuable and high-quality products to our customers
  • Manage a team of high-performance engineers, hire and coach them to make them better every single day, we expect that you will lead by example
  • Assure that major architecture decisions will help us to accomplish our goals of a high performance, scalable, configurable, and high-quality product, to deliver the best-in-class experience for our customers

What you'll bring:

  • +3 years of experience managing a team of +20 people
  • +5 years of experience making architecture decisions for B2B SaaS products with continuous deployment, high throughput, and high availability
  • Strong architecture skills for SaaS products
  • Experience with integration for multiple vendors. Example: Payments gateways, Routing Optimization, SMS and Voice, etc.
  • Strong database skills, MySQL preferred
  • Previous hands-on experience with web development, mobile development is a plus
  • Previous hands-on experience with performance optimization from backend and database standpoint
  • Previous hands-on experience with high complex issues troubleshooting and resolving
  • Extremely detail oriented and high commitment to get things done on time and with high quality
  • Customer facing experience
  • Experience with SCRUM
  • Hosting-AWS + Web-LAMP stack + Mobile-React Native (Plus) is ideal, however candidates with web experience in another stack will be considered
  • B.S., M.S. or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related technical field
