How you will make an impact:

Iterable is looking for a DE&I Program Manager to help us drive our Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Belonging roadmap. In this role, you'll report to the Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and be part of a growing team, playing a key role nourishing a culture where everyone feels like they belong. In this role you'll get to:

  • Provide guidance and oversight to Iterable's Affinity Groups and their leadership teams ensuring alignment with Iterable's business goals
  • Manage key AG responsibilities such as execution of yearly strategic plans, budget management, programming creation, and professional development opportunities for AG members
  • Develop and report on AG performance metrics
  • Serve as a liaison between our AGs and company leadership
  • Partner with our internal communications team to develop a DEI communication strategy both internally and externally
  • Manage our Affinity Groups to provide support, resources and guidance; take them to the next level.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team and hiring managers to attract and hire a dynamic and diverse workforce.
  • Participate in key diversity initiatives and special projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with leaders to establish programs and activities that support team-specific D&I goals and areas of focus.
  • Communicate DE&I roadmap, action plan and progress internally through status reporting, all company meetings, and small group sessions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues regarding overall data strategy related to DE&I.
  • Develop and execute creative solutions to drive the overall DE&I Strategy.

We are looking for people who have:

  • Experience managing diversity and inclusion projects and programs in high growth organizations.
  • Experience managing Affinity Groups and executing strategies related to Affinity Groups.
  • A data-focused mindset around decision-making process and strategy setting.
  • Experience with project management and communications across all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with DIEB benchmarks, practices and latest trends.
  • Experience partnering with BIPOC communities and diverse environments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with multiple competing priorities.

As such, we've moved to a single geographical compensation band for all of our employees (the San Francisco Bay Area market for the US, London for the UK).
  • For Colorado-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $xxx,xxx/year. The compensation package includes equity, plus a range of medical, dental, vision, financial and other benefits.
