What you'll do

As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be accountable for a team of Virtual Scribes of 100-200, You will have oversight to coach, develop, and mentor not only employees but also our partner community of Scribes.

Your impact

• As an experienced Medical Scribe, we seek to develop technical experts who can deliver quality work on a consistent basis, and offer in-house training and professional development opportunities.
• Identify, Scope, and Drive ETE (End to End) ideas to realization operational efficiencies
• Contribute to margin improvement QOQ-focused efforts.
• You will launch new providers with the DeepScribe platform
• Drive experimentation and launches of new efforts
• You will serve as the glue with our Scribe Community and Product Operations team to define product & service offering improvements

About You

• > 10 years of operations experience
• Health & Technology degrees preferred
• Thrive in an independent work environment
• Detail-oriented, leave nothing to chance
• Achieve goals consistently and efficiently
• Hold yourself accountable for work completed
• Strong fundamentals in biology or medically-related discipline

Salary, compensation, and benefits

• $110-150K depending upon experience
