The role

Our expanding sales team needs a multifaceted sales operations leader to continue to optimize the funnel, territories and campaign management. In this role, you will lead in the execution of global sales processes for both direct and indirect channels. You will work closely with the Covariant leadership team to set go-to-market strategy, and collaborate with the Sales, Marketing and Solutions teams to ensure successful go to market execution.

You will

  • Develop and implement the infrastructure and processes for measuring and managing of customer-oriented activities
  • Analysis, tactical support and reporting on sales trends, marketing lead performance (MQLs) & lead/opportunity pipeline progression
  • Manage a support queue of infrastructure/tooling/process requests from Sales Leadership and other key stakeholders
  • Coordination and implementation of sales plans, comp plans and territory assignment, and high propensity account lists
  • Revenue planning and reporting
  • Developing forecasting models and pipeline metrics and reporting

You have

  • 5 - 8years of experience with CRM management
  • 4 - 8 years of experience in a Sales Ops role partnering partnering with Sales & Go to market Leadership, with start-up experience
  • Knowledge of latest and greatest Sales & Marketing Softwares (SFDC, Outreach, Clearbit etc)
  • Understanding of Enterprise and ChannelSales Process (MQL, SAL, SQL, Opportunity, Closed Won/Lost)
  • High proficiency in Excel
  • Passion for AI and robotics
  • Ability to cultivate important relationships
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative mindset

Sample week in the life

  • Monday: Prepare for pipeline meeting, work on sales enablement topic for upcoming meeting
  • Tuesday: Work on marketing campaign attribution project, research and write proposal for new sales tools, assist with running of pipeline meeting
  • Wednesday: Discuss attribution project with sales and marketing stakeholders, work with MDRs to enforce CRM hygiene, integrate third party tool with CRM
  • Thursday: Continue the attribution and third party integration projects, participate in forecasting call and meet with Solutions team, meet with finance to discuss revenue recognition and current accounts
  • Friday: Prepare presentation for all-hands, share weekly sales report with the team along with observations, test and complete third party integration, onboard select sales team members to new third party tool, continue work on attribution
