Today, Seso enables farms to digitally track applicants and onboard workers, streamlines the H-2A application process, ensures workers arrive at the farm on-time, and simplifies compliance. Long term, the Company is creating a comprehensive HR platform that helps agribusiness seamlessly integrate their efforts across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and insurance while providing workers access to financial services for the first time. Similar to how Salesforce has tied together business systems around a common customer identity, Seso is solidifying all of a farm's worker-facing systems around a common employee identity, making it the centerpiece of a unified schema that spans a farm's back-office.

About the Role

The Operations Analyst role at Seso Inc is an incredible opportunity for rising problem solvers to roll up their sleeves and be responsible for supporting the company in tackling a multi-billion dollar problem in the US. This role is client/partner-facing and professionally evolves into a managerial role within Seso. Location: Mexico, preferably Monterrey.

Responsibilities

• Leading efforts that allow thousands of farmworkers in Mexico, Central America, and South Africa to temporarily and safely migrate to the U.S to get life changing opportunities.
• Leading project execution using task management tools and frameworks; activities include client communication and coordinating third party partners.
• Reporting to the Head of Worker Operations and working alongside the Project Manager in continuously improving Seso's operative plan as our Engineering team continues to roll out our world class tech tools.
• Identifying process improvement opportunities so the company can build systems, tech and automation around it.
• Be called-in for occasional bug bashing and tech testing sessions. Take on a significant role in providing feedback for Product Managers and Lead Engineers.
