Location

Our logistics partner is actually based in wonderful Coventry and this role would require the incumbent to be onsite at least once a week from this location. We offer a good level of flexible outside of this so commuting is not out of the question but is not refundable in this instance.

Your impact

Owning the relationship between Otrium and our UK based fulfilment provider, you will be responsible for developing world class levels of service to our customers and providing new solutions in an ever changing and high growth environment.

Your responsibilities

  • Primary owner of the relationship with our UK fulfilment partner
  • Routine review and development of service indicators
  • Maintaining standards through routine site visits, audit and feedback
  • Daily review of service level performance and working with partners to establish and communicate priorities covering key IB , OB and returns metrics
  • Formal business reviews on a monthly , quarterly basis
  • Provision of IB, OB and returns forecasts to support capacity planning
  • Identification and delivery of improvement plans with partners covering business objectives covering quality, service, sustainability and cost
  • Partnering with Finance to generate accurate cost projections based on forecasted activity
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders and operational excellence teams to deliver network initiatives or technical enhancements within the UK operation
  • Ownership of UK specific fulfilment projects
  • Supporting rate and service negotiations with suppliers
  • You are...
  • Experienced in an e-commerce operations environment having worked within fulfilment with either a service provider or direct to consumer business. You will be familiar and comfortable in an operational environment and credible as our primary UK representative with local UK partners
  • 2-5 years in an Ecommerce fulfilment environment
  • Familiar with using WMS and applications
  • Familiar with standard processes to receipt and accurately store inventory.
  • Familiar with standard processes to quality check location and quantity of inventory
  • Familiar with standard processes to pick, pack and ship customer orders
  • Comfortable with data and using data proactively to measure and validate performance
  • Able to demonstrate ownership of process improvement
  • Comfortable working with a high level of autonomy.
