Head of Supplier Relationship Management

You'll be heading up the Supplier Relationship Management team at Beauty Pie which currently consists of 3 x Supplier Relationship Managers and 1 x Sourcing Manager. Using our business OKRs as your north star, you'll collaborate closely with NPD, Finance, Procurement, Technical and Legal to redefine our SRM Operating Model. You'll develop top to top relationships with critical suppliers and be the escalation point.

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our team. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

• Partnerships: executing a supplier program covering JBPS & periodic performance reviews
• Legal: ensuring the right contractual framework is in place to deliver on priorities and KPIs
• Costs: ensuring ongoing cost competitiveness and driving savings
• Driving optimal use of working capital through stockholding and payment terms
• Ensuring suppliers maintain SLA & OTIF and supporting resolution when service issues arise
• Working with suppliers to secure long term capacity creation in line with business growth
• Ensuring our suppliers drive us forward against our sustainability goals

• Proven global sourcing, procurement, due diligence and SRM best practice experience is essential
• Experience of working within the beauty, accessories & apparel industries is desirable
• A strong understanding of risk management in the context of global suppliers and supply chains
• Excellent leadership skills with an ability to motivate
• Commercial, legal and financial acumen with a strategic growth mindset
• A solid understanding of audit, technical, regulatory finance, CSR & ESG in the context of suppliers.
• Deep understanding of global manufacturing, operations and supply chain processes
• The stated experience and background is a guide and does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less experience, provided the requisite skills can be demonstrated.

Our interview process

First, you will meet the hiring manager for a 45 minute chat about all things Beauty Pie, the role and specifically the team you have applied to work with.

Remember, interviews are a two way thing - so use each stage as an opportunity to ask away any questions you may have for us too!

• Next, you will meet another member (or two!) of the team you will be working with.
• This will be a similar format as your first interview, where we will assess your skills and experience along with key competencies for the role.
• Finally, our culture and values are our DNA, which is why every Beauty Pie member finishes our process with a light hearted culture fit interview. This is a chance for you to really get a glimpse into what it's like to work with us. Our advice for this stage? Just have fun!
